Are you ready to be the heartbeat of a dynamic, innovative company? Ninth Brain is seeking a passionate Sales Representative with EMS (Emergency Medical Services) experience who is more than just a salesperson—they are the trusted advisor who will drive our business growth and client relationships into the future.

Key Responsibilities -

Prospect Handling:

  • Master tools like CRM and JIRA: Dive into prospect profiles, communications, and documents with precision and ease.
  • Dazzle with Demos: Captivate prospects through engaging online demonstrations of the NBS software.
  • Seal the Deal: Craft irresistible sales quotes, manage negotiations on Terms of Service and Business Associate Agreements, and create orders with management's approval.
  • Keep the Conversation Flowing: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, answering questions and providing timely updates.
Client Relationships:
  • Thrill Our Clients: Ensure our clients are not just satisfied but thrilled with our service.
  • Upsell with Impact: Wow existing NBS clients with online demonstrations of upsell features.
  • Keep It Current: Maintain up-to-date client information in sales tools ensuring seamless correspondence.
Business Relations:
  • Represent NBS with Style: Travel to 8-10 tradeshows a year, set up the booth, engage with clients and prospects, and soak in the excitement.
  • Build Strong Industry Ties: Develop robust relationships with EMS Industry leaders to leverage insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with vendors on projects, partnerships, and integrations.
Research, Development, & Maintenance:
  • Strategize with Management: Help set sales KPIs, define target audiences, and generate leads for the pipeline.
  • Stay Competitive: Understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Keep Demos Fresh: Ensure the NBS demo site is updated and ready for smooth presentations.
  • Refine Sales Processes: Continuously review and improve sales processes as needed.
Assistance in Marketing Efforts:
  • Partner on Marketing Projects: Collaborate with vendors on special marketing initiatives.
  • Endorsement of Sales Material: Contribute to the creation of sales materials such as flyers, email templates, and messages.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Emergency Medical Services is REQUIRED.
  • Vibrant Personality Required - outgoing, positive, and passionate to energize and delight our future clients!
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, networking, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • 2+ years in sales, training, or customer service-oriented positions is preferred.
  • Experience in consultative selling, B2B sales, and software demonstrations is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture Executive relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and work at conferences and tradeshows across the country (8+ a year).
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other software tools.
