Job Overview:
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives while
embodying the friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable brand that Ninth Brain is known for? We’re seeking a highly organized Cortex Connector to join our Sales and Marketing team, focusing on planning and coordination to enhance our business effectiveness.

As a Cortex Connector, you will:
  • Plan and Manage Tradeshows & Meetings: Research and coordinate logistics for tradeshows and company meetings, including registrations, travel, sponsorships, and booth preparation.
  • Coordinate Assets: Oversee tradeshow booths, swag, print materials, and branded apparel, ensuring our events shine.
  • Maintain NBS Tools & Videos: Manage demo and sandbox sites, create client access, and update demo videos with precision.
  • Research and Execute Sales Initiatives: Keep competitor profiles up to date, identify new sales opportunities, and execute partnership/sponsorship agreements approved by management.
  • Support Sales & Marketing Projects: Collaborate on projects, assist in software testing, and contribute to Ninth Brain’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Tradeshow & Meeting Logistics
  • Research, document, and present tradeshow opportunities for approval.
  • Coordinate exhibitor registrations, sponsorships, travel, and post-event reviews.

Tradeshow Asset Management
  • Manage tradeshow booth updates, inventory, and shipments.
  • Fulfill swag and branded apparel requests for NBS team members.
Sales Tools Management
  • Maintain demo/sandbox sites and manage client access.
  • Update video resources for client and prospect engagement.

Sales Research
  • Monitor competitor activities and maintain up-to-date profiles.
  • Explore new sales opportunities through RFPs and other channels.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members, ensuring follow-up and clear documentation of key takeaways.

Required Qualifications:
  •  2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative role
  •  Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Knowledge of software tools such as Jira and CRM systems is a plus
  •  Experience with tradeshow coordination and event planning
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Outgoing and professional demeanor with a passion for creating meaningful connections
